ATM, Gas Station & Bike Repair icons are not shown correctly by the Wahoo app due to a firmware bug. As a workaround, these three labels are mapped to different Wahoo icon types that do render reliably — so the icon you see on the device will look different from the label, but the waypoint will always appear.
